Description
Usually single-stemmed shrublet up to 35cm. Leaves are felt-textured, grey, becoming smaller up the stem; flowers in terminal clusters, white bracts very showy; buds have rosy-coloured pointed bracts.
Very similar to the more common Syncarpha vestita which is taller and found on lower slopes.
Habitat
Rocky flats and slopes at higher altitudes
