Cormous geophyte up to 30cm. Leaves linear, 4-10mm wide, ribbed. Flowers in short spikes on a branched stem, cream to pink with red markings on lower tepals; perianth tube cylindrical and slender, 40-80mm long, tepals 10-12mm long.
