Description
Cormous geophyte up to 40cm, often with one to three short branchlets. Leaves sword-shaped the margins sometimes undulate. Flowers pale or deep pink, 7-20 per spike, pointing to the side; anthers oblong, nodding.
Very similar to Ixia stricta but the anthers of Ixia stricta point straight out from the flower, they do not bend down
