Description

Erect robust shrub with thick, brittle, hairless branches which are almost white when young. Leaves 3 foliate, leaflets linear, long, fleshy and rigid with acute tips. Flowers in terminal heads or scattered, petals are bright yellow, rigid, fleshy and hairless except the flower stalk. Bracts are egg-shaped and hairless.
