Prostrate or diffuse, white-woolly annual, or short-lived perennial with branches up to 45cm long. Leaves obovate-spathulate, woolly; flowerheads discoid, solitary, or in small heads enclosed by leafy bracts, cylindric, golden, sometimes red, 5 x 2.5mm; florets10-30.
