Plants rather slender - up to 55cm tall. Leaves suberect - stiff-textured with smooth transition to sheaths above. Bracts erect - stiff - never reflexed. Flowers smallish - white tinged with green and traces of pink. Spurs green to brown towards the apex - 9-14mm long. Pollinated by settling moths.
