A low, rounded, much branched shrublet. Creamy-white inflorescences with their numerous single-flowered involucres form dense pedunculate racemes 30 to 70mm long. curvifolia alludes to the curved 25 to 50mm long needle-like leaves narrowing to a slender stalk.
