Reseeding, diffuse, wiry, sprawling shrublet up to 20cm. Leaves pinnately 3-5-foliolate, subsessile, leaflets oblong-elliptic to obovate, thinly hairy, midrib sunken above, prominent below. Flowers in racemes on thread-like stalks, twice as long as the leaves, pink or magenta, back of standard petal hairy. Pods glabrous, spreading.
