Tufted plant up to 30cm. Leaves oblong to orbicular, succulent, margins often ciliate, 50-80mm long x 6-15mm wide; flowers in small clusters forming elongate panicles, white to cream-coloured, petals about 4mm long.
Latin: nudus = naked, bare; caulis = stalk or stem: referring to the leafless flower stem of this species.
