Aristea confusaDescription
Rhizomatous geophyte up to 1m with rounded stems, usually much branched. Leaves linear, sword-shaped and broad. Bright blue flowers are sessile; spathes ovate, usually dry and rusty with transparent margins.
In the genus Aristea each flower lasts only one day but new flowers appear successively over a period of days or weeks.
