Description

Resprouting, fine-leaved, evergreen shrublet up to 1m, with male and female flowers borne on separate plants (dioecious). Leaves trifoliate (3 leaflets), stalkless, linear, usually smooth-edged, margins rolled under, pale below, 6-8mm long; flowers small, cream-coloured borne in branched inflorescences.

Fruits are round to oblong and slightly woolly, yellow and red-veined.
