Roughly hairy, sprawling annual up to 10cm. Leaves oblanceolate, sometimes divided, margins revolute, roughly hairy above, white-felted below; flowerheads radiate, solitary at branch tips, orange with beetle-like markings; bracts acuminate, hairy to tips.
