Erect, rigid shrub up to 2m. Leaves glabrous or sparsely hairy, often minutely crisped or undulate, 5-15mm long; flowers in lax, narrow racemes, subpendent, white to purple, 15-20mm long, stamens unequal, style 10-15mm long.
