Description

Plants up to 60cm tall. Basal leaves 6-12, rigid and erect reaching the inflorescence base or shorter, cauline (arising from the stem) leaves dry. Inflorescence 2-12 flowered, blue, often with purple markings on dorsal sepal. Spur horizontal, conical, 1.5-3mm long. Lip more or less ovate, decurved, variably lacerate (dissected, roughly torn on margins).
