Description

Plants 30 to 80cm tall. Leaves overlapping, linear, up to 300 x 15mm. Inflorescence branched. Flowers non-resupinate, petals and sepals brownish in colour and spreading, lip dull-yellow or white, broadly egg-shaped, often recurved, lip margins upcurved and notched with regular rounded teeth; lip covered with 10-20 slender, tall papillae. Spur conical, 1mm long.

Habitat

Coastal sandy flats, from near sea level to 50m, but occasionally up to 450m.
