Subshrub with sprawling or erect stems up to 40cm from slender, woody caudex (persistent, underground woody stem). Leaves crowded basally, lanceolate to terete, succulent, sometimes sparsely toothed; flowers radiate, few to many in terminal panicles, yellow.
