Description

Erect, softish shrublet up to 35cm. Leaves are softly hairy; flowers are small, tubular, 6-12 clustered at top of branches, with tufts of hair between them, pink in colour with exserted anthers.

Latin: barbatus = bearded; referring to tufts of hair between slowers.

Mountain and lower coastal slopes and sandy flats
