Description

Sparsely, white-woolly shrublet up to 60cm. Lower foliage leaves needle-like, their margins rolled under, upper leaves smaller and pressed to stem, grading into involucral bracts through a series of papery, brown scales; flowers solitary, discoid, 25-30mm across, with conspicuous, glossy, papery pink or white bracts.
