Description

Sprawling perennial, sometimes annual. Leaves opposite, mostly sessile, elliptic to oblanceolate, margins colourless or red; flowers in terminal clusters, sometimes solitary, star-shaped, white, often tinged pink, petals 3-5mm long.

Latin: pel- = through; lux = light; -idus = transparent, pellucid: referring to the sometimes colourless leaf margins of this species.
