Description

Tufted perennial with scabrid viscous stems, up to 30cm. Leaves lanceolate, 15-25mm wide, rough and slightly sticky., silky at base; bears mauve to pink branching racemes of flowerheads on different planes; bracts are rough and sticky.

Habitat

Montane species occurring on damp sandstone slopes and gullies
