Description

Erect or sprawling shrublet up to 50cm. Leaves 3-foliolate, leaflets sharp (spine-tipped), tufted, needle-like, subglabrous, pungent; bears scattered bright yellow flowers on short shoots, fading to orange, hairless beak-like keel, hairy to sparsely hairy calyx with spiny lobes, pungent.
